1. Introduction
Welcome to Midlands House Clearance. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.
2. Services Provided
We offer full and partial house clearance services, probate clearances, bereavement clearances, end-of-tenancy clearances, carpet removal, and deep cleaning services within Birmingham and the West Midlands.
3. Booking & Payments
- A booking is confirmed once a deposit (if applicable) is received.
- Payments must be made in full upon job completion unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and card payments.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a fee.
5. Disposal & Recycling Policy
- We operate under a waste carrier’s license and ensure all waste is disposed of responsibly.
- Items suitable for donation will be given to charities, care homes, and homeless shelters where possible.
6. Liability & Insurance
- We are fully insured; however, we are not liable for damage to items that are already in a poor or fragile condition.
- Customers must ensure that any valuables or personal items are removed before clearance begins.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide clear access to the property.
- Any hazardous materials or prohibited items must be declared in advance.
8. Complaints & Disputes
- If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Any disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of service completion.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
